The FFT module, as mentioned above connects to any of the mains cables (currently only Helios and Eros, but will be expanded to the full range later this year) via a special fit connection point. This connection point comes as standard on all cables, so the FFT module can be added at any time. The FFT module is a small unit, housed in an aluminium chassis with acrylic base and top plates, to help with the removal of vibration. The FFT Module is only compatible with the new range of cables, as the connection point will need to be pre installed, so older models will not be able to be modified to accept this new technology. The FFT module mounts with velcro straps, which wrap around the main cable body. The module itself is powered with a separate power supply which connects directly into the module. This will require a further Power socket to be used. Later this year we will be launching a 5 in one power supply, which will allow 5 cables to be run if one power supply in order to allow them to be powered from one single socket. The FFT module improves further on our technology found in our earlier models and creates an instant sonic difference. While our cables do still offer RFI & EMI protection, so still offer customers sonic improvement by eradicating RMI & EMI interference, the FFT model further improves the eradication process creating a much airier, clean sound with more inky black silence and clarity through the music. The FFT module can be installed / removed at any time so is ideal for dealers or distributors as an “add on” as it is an easy demonstration to show the advantages that can be heard when it is attached. It is very simple to attach so can be done by customers, and is supplied with full instructions on how to do this. FFT is patent pending and we feel is a true game changer in the industry. Never before has mains cables been able to completely eradicate the effects of airborne interference. Our R&D Department felt it was necessary to develop a technology to battle these negative effects, as RFI & EMI will only continue to become more and more of a problem with the use of more wireless technologies.The brand new Eros cable is another Titan Audio product which is compatible with our proprietary new FORCEFIELD technology (patent pending) which will offer shielding ability which has never been seen before in any industry. The uniquely designed technology has been added to our new cables after years of R&D to bring this truly revolutionary technology to market. The Eros cable comes with our unique FORCEFIELD technology connectors, which allows customers to add the FORCEFIELD technology module at a later date, or as an optional extra when purchasing the cable. The cable is then sheathed in a PTFE dialetic which reduces even further the effects of RFI & EMI interference both airborne and mains-borne. The Eros is constructed using OCC copper multi strand cable with a braided steel screen. The UK version uses a cryogenically treated audiophile grade MS mains plug with an upgraded MS fuse as well as a custom designed cryogenically treated red copper wattgate IEC plug. The Shuko and US versions use custom designed gold plated mains plugs.“This new technology offers an invisible shield around the cable, which further reduces negative effects. With the Helios block we began from scratch, with the ambition for us to use much of the technology found in the Eros block, but at a more affordable price tag. As the name would suggest, the Helios uses the same cable found in the helios mains cable, making it ideal thanks to its high current delivery.
